For over 35 years, GreenHouse Food & Clothing Bank has been a beacon of hope in Deer Park, serving families with compassion, dignity, and love as a faith-inspired non-profit.

Our Journey
From a greenhouse behind Zion Lutheran Church in 1987 to serving thousands of families today, here's our authentic story of faith, service, and community.
1987
The Beginning
The GreenHouse began as a partner with the local Head Start program at Zion Lutheran Church. A grocery bag of food was provided to area families out of the greenhouse behind Zion.
1990s
Growing Partnerships
Established partnerships with local organizations to expand our reach and better serve the community's needs.
2000s
Program Expansion
Added clothing bank and utility assistance programs while maintaining our core mission of serving families in need.
2010s
New Partnerships
Partnered with 2nd Harvest, Northwest Harvest, Project Beauty Share, and local Grocery Rescue programs to increase our impact.
Sept 2024
New Facility
Moved to our new facility at 125 N Park Ave, Deer Park, WA to better serve our growing community.
Today
Serving Our Community
From our new location, we continue our mission - serving our community by providing the most basic needs for people of all ages. Though our programs and location have changed over the years, our heart remains the same.
