How do I get help from the food bank?
Just come during our open hours (Mon & Fri 1:00-3:30 PM, 3rd Sat 11:00 AM-12:30 PM) and fill out a brief intake form - takes about 5 minutes. You can use our services once per month. No appointment needed!
What do I need to bring for energy assistance?
Bring your recent Avista bill, social security card for the account holder, and proof of address. This assistance is available once per calendar year, up to $400.
Can my whole family get help?
Absolutely! Our services are available to individuals and families. Just include everyone in your household when you fill out the intake form.
Is there a limit to how often I can get help?
Food bank and clothing bank services are available once per month. Energy assistance is once per calendar year. Other services vary - just ask when you visit!
