Eligibility Information
Home delivery is available to clients who are unable to access in-person food distribution due to mobility limitations, age, disability, health conditions, lack of transportation, caregiving responsibilities, or temporary crisis. Eligibility is determined through client self-attestation and compliance with applicable food assistance program guidelines. No medical documentation required.
